Core Values

Confluence Educational Consulting was established in 2017 with a simple goal: to provide schools and educational non-profits with targeted strategic support that is transformative to the organization and to the children it serves. Megan is dedicated to understanding and celebrating the unique mission of each client which allows her to identify strategy and target specific opportunities for growth. As a teacher and division head, her work was always rooted in a child-centered approach. With Megan’s leadership and consulting work, she utilizes a similar mindset -- working alongside your team to customize support, based on your organization’s mission and vision, and providing direct and actionable feedback along the way. The core values of CEC shape Megan’s work -- these values are built into every aspect of CEC’s actions and interactions.

That might mean “walking as a student” for a full day or utilizing the design process to better envision what stakeholders need and want. Our starting place is being curious and invested in seeing another’s perspectives or circumstances.
